How long does it take to get a police report? |
There is no
straightforward answer to this question. Each police department varies in its
response time to fill our orders. It can be as fast as the next day or as long
as six months. Reports are forwarded to you the same day we receive them.

How much does it cost? |
Report costs are
calculated by adding our service fee to the fee charged by the police
department. The charge by the police department varies wildly and many of the
departments are now charging a fee whether a report is found or not.

How do I order my reports? |
You may place your
orders here on our Internet Site via the Report Request Button, send us an
email to order@metroreporting.com, fax (800) 506-3582 or phone (800) 245-6686.

How do I get my reports back? |
Your
orders can be sent back to you by email, fax, online or US Mail.

Can I get my reports online? |
Yes, if you have created a login name and
password, simply select VIEW REPORTS from the top menu.

Can I get my reports sent directly to my fax/email? |
Yes, your reports can be
faxed or emailed.
|
How is the billing handled? |
You get one bulk bill
per month listing your Insured’s name, claim number, date of loss, our control
number, type of request and adjusters name.
